(Cleveland) Cleveland Division of Police is asking for help from the public in locating Nicholas Shawn Millsaps. The 36-year-old was last seen on January 26th of this year and reported missing on February 3rd. Milsaps is 6-foot 3-inches and about 260 pounds. Police say that he has no money, no cell phone, and no vehicle. It was thought that Millsaps may be in the area of West 50th and West 51st streets.
