El Dorado County, California - A skier was able to have the video rolling while going down the slope at Heavenly Ski Resort in South Lake Tahoe as a Black Bear crosses the ski slope, narrowly avoiding patrons. In the video, at least five skiers can be seen on the trail near where the bear zipped by.
Luckily, the bear was just trying to cross the slope to be reunited with it's Mother, which can be briefly seen towards the end of the video at the :12 mark. Check out the dramatic encounter caught on video below!
There were no injuries reported and no animals were hurt.
