(CLEVELAND) Cleveland has a few some new names to add to its list of prominent chefs and restaurant.
Larder Delicatessen and Bakery (1455 West 29th Street, Cleveland) is a semi-finalist for Best New Restaurant and Jill Vedaa of Salt+ (17625 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood) has made the semi-finals for Best Chef in the Great Lakes Region.
The James Beard Awards are known as the Oscars of the food world. The Beard Foundation will announce lists of finalists on March 27. The James Beard Awards Gala takes place in Chicago on May 6.
