(Fairview Park) - Police are looking for a Cleveland man who they accuse of stealing about $1,000 worth of meat from the Earth Fare supermarket in Fairview Park, and then fighting with an undercover police officer before getting away.
That man is said to be 49-year-old Anthony G. Paradise. Fairview Park Police say Paradise has a long criminal history, including Felonious Assault, Kidnapping, and Robbery. He has a number of warrants out for his arrest. Paradise is 5'9" and weighs 225 pounds.
On Tuesday afternoon, police say Paradise was stopped at the Earth Fare at Westgate Shopping Center by an undercover police officer after Paradise was seen stealing meat. Police had been inside the store after store management called police earlier this month to report a series of meat thefts.
