Rocky River Police Blotter: December 4th

Rocky River - 

  • On 11/27/2018 at about 8:50 AM, staff at the Habor Court Assisted Living facility 22900 Center Ridge Rd. reports several television sets were stolen from the building, including the main lobby and theater room. No arrests have been made.


  • On 12/02/2018 at about 2:00 AM a caller reported someone trying to get into his neighbor's truck. Police were able to apprehend two in the area; one is a 22-year-old man from Cleveland, the second a 19-year-old man from Cleveland wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office. A vehicle stolen from Euclid was recovered in the area. Detectives are investigating and working to connect the stolen vehicle to the parties detained in the area.


  • On 12/02/2018 at between 10:40 AM and 1:15 PM three residents of Inglewood Ave. reported that someone went though their cars overnight. Cash and a charger for a mobile phone were reported missing, and other property was recovered. Police suspect the men from the entry above as suspects and are investigating.
