Willoughby - The Willoughby Police Department is investigating the death of 59-year-old Sam Pizzuto.
On July 9th, at 11:24 in the evening, officers were asked to respond to the 37000 block of Arlington Drive for a welfare check on Pizzuto.
When they arrived, the home was locked. After checking a few windows, Pizzuto was found lying on the floor deceased in the bedroom.
Preliminary reports say a struggle occurred inside the bedroom that resulted in Pizzuto's death.
