The long awaited NFL Draft is finally just three weeks away and the Browns are bringing in the four top quarterbacks for official visits in the coming days. They will make their final determinations in the next few weeks, if they haven't already, but we will attempt to make the case for who the Browns should take with that crucial top pick.
