Helping Flashes of Hope to raise funds for children's cancer research, the Cleveland Cavaliers held their annual Big Shots & Little Stars fundraising event on Wednesday.
At the event, LeBron James paired up with a child by the name of Kaleia and the two shared a touching moment before they walked a runaway together.
